CTI holds the following certificates to guarantee excellence in its activity
ISO 9001
The international standard ISO 9001, a worldwide quality reference, sets out the requirements of a Quality Management System (QMS) for a company to demonstrate its ability to meet its customers’ needs and expectations, manage quality throughout all its processes, and give proof of such ability to any interested party
CTI Tecnología y Gestión was first awarded ISO 9001 quality certification on 17 June 2005. We kept on renewing our certification successfully, and in 2017 we adapted our QMS to the new version of ISO 9001:2015, as certified by the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification (AENOR).
ISO 27001
UNE-ISO/IEC 27001:2014 is an international standard that sets out a model to establish, implement, review and improve an Information Security Management System (ISMS). The standard comprises organisational, technical, legal and physical measures.
Under ISO 27001 certification, CTI Tecnología y Gestión guarantees its customers that it applies the best practices on security matters to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and legality of the information being managed. CTI has held ISO 27001 certification since 5 June 2017, as certified by AENOR.
National Security Scheme (ENS)
The National Security Scheme (ENS) is a national regulatory framework in Spain, established by Royal Decree 311/2022 of 3 May, which defines a set of measures necessary to ensure trust and security in the digital environment.
This scheme consists of fundamental principles, requirements and security measures for an adequate protection of the processed information and the services provided, with the aim of ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity and traceability of information and computer systems in Spain.
The ENS complements the ISO 27001 certification of CTI, strengthening and expanding the capabilities already achieved in information security. Certification to ENS is a strategic step within CTi’s comprehensive information security strategy, aligned with the most rigorous standards.
Adopting a specific approach to continuous improvement, this certification further strengthens CTI’s ability to manage and protect information, ensuring it remains secure and complete under the most demanding requirements of Spanish regulations.
